At Rubinca Clin-Vet we have the invaluable help of equipment, techniques and tests that greatly facilitate our clinical work and contribute decisively to better care for our pets.

Hospitalization: If necessary, pets can be admitted to the Veterinary Clinic. This is how we control their vital signs (breathing pulse, temperature...), medication, diet and other factors that would be difficult to monitor at home.

Laboratory: We have analyzing equipment that allows us to perform blood tests (blood counts, biochemistry...) in a few minutes, with which we can advance time in the diagnosis and treatment of pathologies that occur in daily consultation. The information they provide us can be vital in certain cases, such as low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), calcium (hypocalcemia), platelets (thrombocytopenia)...

Gas anesthesia and monitoring equipment: Provides a flow of anesthetic product through a tube that opens into the patient's lungs. The monitor informs us of the "amount" of oxygen (saturation) that the anesthetized animal has, its heart and respiratory rate, the concentration of exhaled gases... You can also measure temperature, blood pressure, obtain an electrocardiographic record. All these measures provide optimal control of anesthesia, allowing veterinarians and the entire team to act based on the objective data offered by these technologies, which greatly improves the safety of clinical procedures that require anesthesia for our patients.

Ultrasound: Ultrasound is a non-invasive diagnostic imaging procedure that allows us to “see” our patients' internal structures without causing them unnecessary discomfort. It is very useful in the study of both the abdomen (pyometra, cysts, kidney stones, free fluids, pregnancies with their fetuses, liver disorders...) and the thorax (chest ultrasound, echocardiography, pleural effusions...)

Radiology: Rubinca Clin-Vet has had digital processing equipment since 2009. These equipments make it possible to reduce radiation exposure by reducing the doses and the number of x-rays necessary for diagnosis by increasing their quality. It is respectful with the environment, as it does not consume films, chemical products or water for development, in addition to allowing easy treatment of images obtained on computer supports.
